A bachelor’s degree in education and/or equivalent degree in a content area to which you are applying is required.

ACSI Credentials or ACCS Credentials, along with teaching experience, are preferred for all teaching positions.

Position Opening: Junior High/High School Electives
Start Date: Fall 2026
Valor Christian School is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to teach JH or HS elective courses. The following courses may be offered next year, pending teacher availability and student interest: Choir/Music, Drama, Debate, and Launch Pad.
The objective of the Launch Pad course is to nurture and develop college and career-bound decision-making for HS Juniors and Seniors. Emphasizes exploration, deadline management, and goal setting to prioritize post-high school planning and next steps. This class will host hands-on activities and include mentorship from local academic, industry, and career experts. Off-campus internships may be explored as an extension of class outcomes.

Position Opening: High School Literature and Rhetoric
Start Date: Fall 2026
Valor Christian School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to teach high school literature and rhetoric. Our program currently includes Logic for students in 8th–9th grade and Rhetoric for students in 10th–12th grade. The literature curriculum is built around 4–8 anchor novels at each grade level, aligned with a specific historical period.
